What utilities are included and who do I call to get service?

  • Residents pay all utilities unless indicated otherwise on lease

What is the earliest date I can move in?

  • Residents move in date is stated on page 1 of the lease. If you need an alternative move in date please contact the property managers.

When I arrive in Town, how do I get my keys?

  • You will receive move-in information the second week of July/. Please contact Property Manager with any questions.

When is rent due?

  • Rent is due on or before the first of the month
  • Checks need to be payable to Student Housing Management and mailed to 4600 N. Mason-Montgomery Rd. Mason, OH 45040

How about Maintenance?

  • We have full time maintenance staff and 24 hour emergency maintenance service.
